I offer in-person and virtual personal training and group exercise classes that are tailored to the goals, lifestyle and interests of my clients. 

I take the time to truly listen and work together with my clients to develop an evolving exercise program that is engaging, enjoyable and feels like a good fit. 

Mary Duke sought from the beginning to know what I myself hoped to get from our personal training sessions, and adapted our sessions as I progressed or regressed, to help me achieve my own goals. She was always available to advise or to help outside of our regular sessions, and took the time and effort to talk with my physical therapist to synchronize effectively my personal training with my physical therapy. I have nothing but admiration and appreciation for Mary Duke’s professionalism and very supportive – and enjoyable – personality.

I have to say I am enjoying my weekly virtual training sessions more than I expected! I have a very limited collection of workout equipment at home that we are utilizing, but even if I had nothing Mary Duke is making it work with her creativity and adaptability.
