Working with Mary Duke, both in classes and one-on-one, has been a major factor in my recent push to get back in shape. I’ve become more and more impressed by her knack for working with clients according to their abilities. Every session with her is inspiring and challenging, and she has an honest love of her work that you can’t help but share by the time she’s done with you. I count her among the great teachers I’ve known.
