I offer individual, partner and small group training with programming created for the specific goals of my clients. I also teach group exercise classes which I develop with the goals and needs of the entire group in mind. I believe the best exercise program is the one you enjoy and do on a regular basis.

Personal Training
Working with a personal trainer is an ongoing relationship that involves assessment, education, practice and growth. It is a combination of fitness coaching, exercise sessions and the development of an ongoing fitness program specifically tailored for you. I offer personal training in person or virtually.
The initial phase of training involves assessment, figuring out your exercise preferences, building our working relationship and developing an initial schedule and training plan.
Each time we meet, we will assess your progress and continue to develop your overall program as necessary. Your workouts will be varied but you will also have enough repetition of exercises that work well for you so that you can learn them and feel comfortable doing them independently if you want to.
If you are interested, we will also develop a program of exercise for you to do on your own and your training sessions will become the place where you continue to advance and refine what you are doing independently.

Group Exercise Classes
Group exercise classes (virtual only at this time) are a great way to supplement your own individual fitness practice. I currently offer group exercises classes online, teaching in a way that is interactive, builds community and provides options as needed for each participant.
You will learn more about exercise through your participation in class and, as long as I can see you and you want me to, I will give you feedback on your form and technique at different points during class.
